Join one of our
Enterprise Hubs

Enterprise Hubs are a simple yet effective way to connect with young people in your community
Our Enterprise Hubs are a network of local organisations connected by a passion for improving the lives of young people in their local community. By joining one of our Enterprise Hubs, your organisation will have the chance to achieve significant impact with young people through meaningful encounters via our enterprise education programmes and by taking part in our networking events.
You'll also be given the opportunity to help shape the future of our school programmes to ensure that young people are given up-to-date, real world experiences that relate directly to the needs of your region.
When you join one of our regional Enterprise Hubs, you'll be playing a vital role in launching one or more of our enterprise education programmes in a local school. We constantly have a waiting list of schools waiting for local supporters to activate their 'Project Can Do' programme for up to thirty of their students.
You'll also be invited to a number of student networking events, including the 'Enterprise Presentation' events at the end of each school programme, where you can give support and advice to the students on their presentations and enterprise ideas.

What does it involve?

-
Contributing thoughts and ideas to help us shape the skills content of our Enterprise Programmes.
-
Providing real world case studies to bring our weekly student workshops to life
-
Being a member of our expert business panels during our student presentation events.
-
An opportunity to host one of our workshops at your offices.
-
Being prepared for our students to ask for work experience or apprenticeship opportunities, and to ask you to employ them when they leave school!

How do you join an Enterprise Hub?

During this meeting, we'll explain more about the our Project Can Do and assess your suitability to join a network.

Help us to support 30 young people in your local community each year
Schools in your community are facing year-on-year cuts to funding. At the same time, the cost of educating a young person is increasing, particularly those with special educational needs.
Your support is needed now more than ever.

Project Can Do sponsor package:
£2000 from each school or academy
Schools are requested to cover the first £2000 of each programme, which offers fantastic value for money in terms of student outcomes.
£4000 from a local sponsor
The remaining balance is requested from a local sponsor who then have the opportunity to be one of our Business Mentors.
*all prices are per programme
We have a waiting list of schools all over the UK waiting for their Project Can Do programme to be activated by a local sponsor. If we don't already have a school near you on our waiting list, we'll contact the school nearest to you and begin the partnership process.
Step-by-step process for sponsoring a school:
-
Contact us to arrange a no-obligation virtual meeting with one of our partnership managers.
-
We'll explain Project Can Do in more detail and outline the role of the sponsor organisation and business mentors.
-
Once we've assessed your suitability as a business mentor or sponsor organisation, we'll ask you to provide us with the sponsorship fee to confirm your involvement.
-
We'll introduce you via email to your nearest school partner and arrange another virtual meeting with a member of their Senior Leadership Team.
-
Your organisation has the opportunity to provide us with real data, case studies or 'live' tasks from within your business to help bring the learning to life.
-
Our learning materials (where appropriate) will be branded with your company logo and will include the tasks and case studies you provide us with.
-
Once the timetabling of Project Can Do has been confirmed, we'll provide with you with the times and dates. The workshops all take place during term time, during the regular school day.
-
Up to three members of your team can join us for some or all of the 10 workshops in the programme.
-
Your team members will have the opportunity to speak with the students about their job role and their career path, and get involved in our workshop activities.
-
At the end of the programme, your business will have an opportunity to host the final 'Presentation Day' on your premises.
-
With support from the staff at Tomorrow's Enterprise Foundation, your staff can provide mentorship to those students who wish to make their enterprise idea a reality.
-
It's very likely that the students will contact your business directly to discuss work experience, apprenticeship opportunities and employment.

We are very aware that the economy is challenging for all organisations at the moment, so we are offering an opportunity to co-sponsor a programme and split the cost with another business in your Enterprise Hub. Speak to our Partnerships Team for more information.

Investing in a young person's education creates a better future for us all
For £4000 per year, you can transform the lives of up to thirty vulnerable young people in your local community.
It can also boost your bottom line and provide you with a pipeline of unique local talent, as well as achieving the following outcomes:
-
Investing in high impact local projects like ours can help organisations retain staff and boost morale.
-
Our programmes provide the opportunity to nurture a pool of curious, purpose-driven young talent with a portfolio of skills including leadership, teamwork, communication and creative problem solving.
-
Interventions such as this programme dramatically reduce the risk of a young person ever being unemployed. Being unemployed at any point in a person's life can have a scarring impact on their economic and health outcomes for up to twenty years.
-
Early access to enterprise education in secondary schools has been proven to boost social mobility in the UK.

-
Schools in more deprived areas are facing year-on-year cuts to their education budgets, particularly budgets aimed at supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities. These schools need extra support now more than ever.
-
20% of graduates from our Key Stage 4 programmes are considering starting their own business. This is a significant boost for the UK which is seeing yearly reductions in the number of startups.
-
When all factors are considered, investing in education projects like ours can contribute up to £69bn to UK GDP.
-
Consumers are 30% more likely to buy or use the services of a business that is investing in social projects.

Our regional Enterprise Hubs achieve local impact on a national scale
We develop and nurture a network of purpose-driven organisations in each region we operate. This network consists of businesses, charities and foundations which are willing to provide support and opportunities to young people in their local area.
This offers the following unique benefits to the students, the organisations and the schools:

Our network of local businesses in each region gives our students access to a hub of expertise, advice and opportunities.
-
Provides young people with access to professional advice and potential employment opportunities.
-
Allows businesses to nurture a pool of local talent, and the opportunity to 'give back' to their local community.
-
Provides schools with a database of employers who can provide work experience and professional guidance to their students.
